Customer Care

At Heather Fisher Art we strive to ensure all our customers are happy with their orders, whether it be purchasing a print/original painting or commissioning a piece from Heather, we make sure to provide you with all the information you need. Fine art prints and original paintings:

All original paintings are packaged securely, gift wrapped, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, and sent securely via a fully tracked delivery service. All fine art prints are dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order, and a tracking number is provided to the customer upon dispatch.

Commissions:

If you would like to commission an individual artwork from Heather, please contact us with the details of your desired painting and we will provide you with a quote. If you are happy to continue, we will request a deposit. Once the deposit is received, Heather will start creating your bespoke piece, making sure to keep you informed on its progress during creation. Once the painting is finished, she will check you are happy and request the rest of the payment for the artwork. Once final payment is received, she will securely package and send your artwork to its new home.

Your privacy is important to us, we only collect and use information relevant to your orders, enquiries and if you subscribe to our newsletter. View our full privacy policy here.

Orders:

When you order a product from us we collect your address, name and email in order to fulfil your order and keep you updated on its progress.

Newsletter Subscription:

If you subscribe to our newsletter we will store your email in order to send you newsletters and keep you updated on exciting news. We believe in a double-opt in service, therefore, once subscribing on our website you will need to ensure you accept the verification email sent to your inbox to complete subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Third party services:

We do use third party services in order to operate our website, print service and payments. These services include Wix, Printspace, and Etsy. You can view their privacy policies below.

Retaining and deletion of personal data:

Personal data we collect will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purpose that it was collected, e.g, fulfilling an order. You can request that this data be deleted at any time by contacting us at info@heather-fisher.com.
